Technical information about this mobile application’s accessibility

Hälsometern is partially compliant with the Swedish accessibility regulations, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content described below is, in one way or another, not fully accessible.

Problems with accessibility for individuals with reduced eyesight

  • Individual elements have insufficient contrast.
  • The application presents certain data in the form of diagrams. We are working to develop alternatives to these. For example, summaries in text.
  • There are elements that are not captured by the screen readers, e.g. links to 1177.

Problems with accessibility for individuals with cognitive impairment

  • There are some inconsistent placements of messages in the mobile application that can cause unnecessary burden. We will address this in the near future.

Problems with use with impaired fine motor skills or strength

  • Some elements may be perceived as having small impact surfaces.

Unreasonably burdensome adjustment

Region Stockholm invokes exceptions for unreasonably burdensome adaptation in accordance with section 12 of the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services, for the content below.

Hälsometern includes issues that may be perceived as incomprehensible or not fully accessible to users with cognitive impairment. Data collection trough survey methodology is a complex method and how the question is formulated is crucial for quality. A lot of work will be required to make the survey questions fully accessible, without affecting the data negatively.
